HellaPrints is a marketplace. Designs are uploaded and sold by independent sellers, and we do not create them. When a listing infringes someone's intellectual property or violates our content policies, we rely on reports like yours to find it.
What happens next
- We review your report within 2 business days.
- If the notice is valid, we remove the listing and send the seller a copy of your notice, including your contact details as the law requires.
- The seller may file a counter-notice. If they do, we forward it to you.
- If you do not file a court action seeking to restrain the seller, we may restore the listing 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
- Sellers who accumulate valid infringement notices lose upload access and, on repeat, have their accounts terminated permanently.
